Intel new generation (11th generation) has been announced by intel to be exact i9-11900K its coming on the first quarter of this year with the new architecture rocket lake and here is all we know about intel's new processors.

Intel's new processor comes with rocket lake architecture which is better than as they say "amd 5th generation" by about 5% in games by a better performance in single core, and a good performance in multitasking due to hyperthreading.

and here a comparison published by intel it self of the performance of Intel i9 11900k vs amd Ryzen 9 5900x :-

Specs
the new intel's processor i9 11900k comes with 8 cores and 16 thread (hyperthreading), with base clock 4,8 and up to 5.3 hz (with turbo not overclock), also it supports 3200 MHz ddr4 ram which is higher than its older brother intel's 10th generation (2933 on i7, and i9). I9 10th gene supports PCle 4.0 lanes.

this new generation of processors also come with 14 nm architecture as his older brother the 10th generation which makes everyone wondering why?
because amd 5000 generation use 7nm processors which makes then use less power, and low emitted heat than the 14nm old architecture.

but this issue comes with an advantage for users; because this intel's 11th generation use the same socket of intel's 10 generation, which means they use the same motherboards as z490 and no need to buy a new motherboard for it.

What we know?
Till now we know specs of i9 11900k only and a gaming comparison with r9 5900x.

What we don't know?
we still don't know the power usage or its temperature, or even a benchmark?
and also i7 and i5 11th generations has not announced yet.

That's all we know about intel's new generation.
